Returns

You may return your item within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Items that are damaged due to misuse or wear and tear will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, please contact us at mjtlginc@gmail.com with your order details. Once approved, you will be provided with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we offer free exchanges. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
